1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order never arrives due to an error on our side
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief description of the issue
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used
- The customer provided an incorrect delivery address
- Delivery failed because the recipient was unavailable
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
