Mekeni Squidballs Classic 250g
Ingredients: 59% *giant SQUID (Docidicus Gigas) (MOLLUSCS), modified tapioca starch, water, sugar, garlic, iodized salt, palm oil, SOY protein (SOY), flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E451).
Preparation: Cook from frozen. Heat enough oil to submerge the Kikiam. Deep fry for 1-2 minutes over 120°C with minimum product internal temperature of 75°C. Product must be fully cooked before consumption. Remove from pan and drain off excess oil. Serve with sauce.
Storage conditions: keep frozen below -18°C.
