Mekeni Kikiam Classic 250g
Ingredients: 45%*giant SQUID (Docidicus Gigas) (MOLLUSCS), modified tapioca starch, water, onion, garlic, leek, sugar, palm oil, iodized salt, SOY protein (SOY), mixed spices (ground white pepper, onion pepper), flavour enhancer (E621).
Preparation: Cook from frozen. Heat enough oil to submerge the Kikiam. Deep fry for 1-2 minutes over 120°C with minimum product internal temperature of 75°C. Product must be fully cooked before consumption. Remove from pan and drain off excess oil. Serve with sauce.
Storage conditions: keep frozen below -18°C.
